Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 27, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our websites (FortySevenTen.com, BeloBy4710.com) and related digital platforms, as well as the booking of travel services with On Deck Agency LLC, doing business as Forty Seven Ten and Belo by 4710 (collectively, “we,” “our,” “us”).

By using our websites or engaging our travel design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the applicable terms and conditions of all travel suppliers associated with your booking.

1. Scope of Services

We curate bespoke luxury travel experiences including private journeys, cultural immersions, wellness retreats, and small-group programs.

On Deck Agency LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, villas, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and insurance companies (“Suppliers”).

We do not own or operate these suppliers. All travel arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, and liability limitations imposed by each Supplier.

We do not guarantee specific travel outcomes, experiences, or results, including weather conditions, supplier performance, or personal satisfaction.

Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create any relationship of partnership, joint venture, or agency between On Deck Agency LLC and any Supplier. All Suppliers are independent contractors.

2. Planning Fees & Payments
2.1 Professional Service Fees

A non-refundable planning or professional service fee may apply to the design of itineraries or travel programs.

This fee covers consultation, research, itinerary development, supplier coordination, and travel design expertise. Planning fees are separate from the cost of travel services.

2.2 Payments

Deposits and final payments are due by the deadlines provided at the time of booking.

Failure to submit payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Payments are processed in U.S. Dollars using secure PCI-DSS compliant payment platforms, including credit card, debit card, ACH, or electronic transfer.

2.3 Cancellations & Refunds

Supplier cancellation policies vary and will be provided at the time of booking.

Planning fees are non-refundable.

Group journeys and curated programs may require minimum participation. If a program is canceled or rescheduled due to insufficient enrollment, refunds will follow the applicable Supplier policies.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

2.4 Pricing Adjustments

Quoted pricing may change prior to final payment due to:

• supplier surcharges
• fuel increases
• currency exchange fluctuations
• government-imposed taxes or fees

If a material increase exceeding 8% of the affected travel component occurs before final payment, you may:

• accept the revised price
• select an alternative itinerary if available
• cancel and receive a refund of monies paid for that component, excluding non-refundable planning fees.

No price increases will be passed through within 20 days of scheduled departure, except for government-imposed taxes or fees.

2.5 Currency & Financial Institution Fees

Currency exchange rates may fluctuate and are determined by financial institutions and suppliers.

We are not responsible for foreign transaction fees, currency conversion differences, or other charges imposed by your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform.

3. Group Travel & Minimum Participation

Certain curated experiences, including Belo Wellness Retreats and Forty Seven Ten Cultural Journeys, require minimum participation levels.

If minimums are not met, we may reschedule or cancel the program.

Travelers will be offered the option to:

• transfer funds to a future program
• accept revised dates
• receive supplier-approved refunds

Group sizes are intentionally limited, typically 10–14 guests, to preserve a private and elevated travel experience.

4. Changes by You & Transfers

Changes requested after confirmation are subject to:

• supplier availability
• fare or rate differences
• supplier change fees
• a $150 per person administrative fee

If a traveler transfers their reservation to another participant, supplier approval and associated costs may apply. Both the original traveler and the transferee remain financially responsible for the reservation.

5. Changes by Us

Travel suppliers occasionally make adjustments to itineraries.

Minor changes may include:

• flight timing adjustments under 12 hours
• aircraft changes
• comparable hotel substitutions

If a significant change occurs prior to departure, such as removal of a destination, downgrade of confirmed accommodations, or schedule change exceeding 12 hours, we will notify you promptly.

You may then choose to:

• accept the revised itinerary
• select a comparable alternative
• cancel and receive a refund for the affected services in accordance with supplier terms.

6. Curtailment

If you voluntarily shorten your trip or choose not to use any booked services, unused portions of the itinerary are non-refundable.

Travel insurance may cover certain curtailment situations.

7. Travel Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required documentation including:

• passports
• visas
• vaccination records
• entry permits

We are not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed flights, or additional expenses resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

8. Accessibility & Special Needs

Accessibility standards vary widely across destinations and suppliers.

Travelers should disclose any mobility limitations, medical considerations, or special needs during the planning stage so we can attempt to coordinate appropriate accommodations.

Some requests may incur additional cost or may not be available depending on the destination.

9. Special Requests

Requests for specific bedding configurations, dietary accommodations, adjoining rooms, accessibility features, or other preferences will be forwarded to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the supplier.

9A. Travel Document Review

Upon receipt of confirmations or travel documents, travelers must review all information immediately for accuracy.

This includes:

• names
• travel dates
• destinations
• passport information

Any errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to notify us within this timeframe releases us from responsibility for correction costs or penalties.

10. Beauty of Belonging Fellowship

Recipients of the Beauty of Belonging Fellowship are selected at our discretion and must meet program eligibility criteria.

Participation is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Fellowship travel may include shared accommodations and curated group programming designed to promote community, cultural connection, and personal growth.

10A. Client Conduct

To maintain the integrity and enjoyment of our curated programs, we reserve the right to remove any traveler from a group experience whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the journey.

This includes behavior involving:

• harassment
• excessive intoxication
• illegal activity
• interference with the experience of other guests

Travelers removed for conduct reasons will not receive refunds for unused portions of the trip.

11. Assumption of Risk & Insurance

Travel involves inherent risks including illness, injury, weather disruptions, political unrest, and other unforeseen circumstances.

By booking with us, you voluntarily assume these risks and release On Deck Agency LLC and its affiliated brands from liability arising from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

11A. Insurance Declination

If travel insurance is offered and declined, travelers acknowledge that they assume full financial responsibility for cancellations, delays, medical expenses, supplier default, and other unforeseen circumstances.

We may require travelers who decline insurance to sign an insurance waiver.

11B. Wellness Activities & Participation

Certain itineraries, including Belo Wellness Retreats and other curated experiences, may include wellness-related activities such as fitness training, yoga, meditation, spa treatments, or other programs intended to support physical, mental, or emotional well-being.

We do not provide medical advice and make no representations regarding the outcomes or benefits of any such activities. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

You acknowledge that these activities may involve inherent risks, including physical exertion, injury, illness, or other unforeseen outcomes. By participating, you assume full responsibility for your health and well-being and agree to consult a qualified medical professional if you have any concerns regarding your ability to participate.

We are not responsible for any injury, illness, condition, or outcome arising from participation in these activities.

12. Air Travel Notices

Airline tickets constitute a contract between the traveler and the airline.

Typical check-in times:

• 2 hours before domestic flights
• 3 hours before international flights

Travelers should reconfirm flight schedules 24–72 hours prior to departure.

Failure to use a flight segment may result in automatic cancellation of remaining segments under airline rules.

12A. Independent Travel Disclaimer

We are not responsible for travel components booked independently by the traveler, including but not limited to air, accommodations, or transportation arrangements.

13. Hotel Check-In & Incidentals

Hotels generally require a credit card at check-in for incidentals.

Additional charges such as resort fees, parking fees, security deposits, or minibar charges may be billed directly by the hotel.

Failure to check in on the first night without notification may result in cancellation of the remaining stay.

14. Rental Cars

Rental vehicles are governed by the rental company’s contract presented at pickup.

A valid driver’s license and credit card in the driver’s name are typically required.

Vehicle type requests cannot be guaranteed.

15. Hazardous Materials & Aircraft Disinsection

Federal law restricts hazardous materials in passenger baggage. Travelers should consult TSA or airline guidance.

Certain countries require aircraft cabin insecticide treatment prior to arrival.

16. Supplier Contracts & Limitation of Liability

We do not own or operate travel suppliers.

We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or failures of airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, or other vendors.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to On Deck Agency LLC for the travel services giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, lost profits, or missed connections.

You agree that any recovery shall be limited to compensatory damages only, and you expressly waive any right to seek or recover punitive, exemplary, or non-economic damages.
