These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our websites FortySevenTen.com, 4710Travel.com, and BeloBy4710.com (the “Sites”) and the booking of travel services with On Deck Agency LLC dba Forty Seven Ten and Belo by 4710, operating as independent affiliates of Uniglobe Travel Center.
By using our Sites or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms, as well as applicable supplier and host agency policies.
1. Services
We curate luxury travel experiences, including private escapes, cultural immersions, wellness retreats, and small-group journeys. We act solely as a travel advisor and intermediary between you and the travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, villa owners, tour operators, etc.).
2. Payments & Service Fees
A non-refundable planning or service fee may apply to all itineraries. This fee covers time, research, and expertise and is separate from supplier costs.
Deposits and final payments are required by deadlines provided at booking. Failure to meet deadlines may result in cancellation without refund.
Payments are processed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by supplier (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). These policies will be provided in writing at the time of booking.
Our planning and service fees are non-refundable.
Group trips may require a minimum number of travelers; if the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. In such cases, refunds will be issued according to supplier policies.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We are not liable for costs that would otherwise be covered by insurance.
4. Group Travel & Minimums
Some curated experiences (such as Belo wellness retreats or Forty Seven Ten cultural journeys) require a minimum number of participants.
If minimums are not met, the trip may be canceled or rescheduled. You will be offered the choice of rescheduling, applying funds to a future trip, or receiving a refund as allowed by suppliers.
Group size limits (often 10–14 guests) are enforced to maintain a luxury, intimate experience.
5. Travel Requirements
You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other travel documents.
We are not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or additional expenses incurred due to incomplete documentation.
6. Beauty of Belonging Fellowship
Recipients of the Beauty of Belonging Fellowship (“Fellowship”) are selected at our discretion and must comply with eligibility requirements.
Fellowship participation is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash value.
Fellowship trips may include shared accommodations and curated group activities. Fellows must adhere to group guidelines to ensure a respectful and safe environment.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do not own or operate any travel suppliers. Therefore, we are not responsible for:
Acts, errors, or omissions of airlines, hotels, villas, tour operators, or other third parties.
Delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, accidents, losses, injuries, illnesses, damages, or expenses beyond our control.
Force majeure events such as weather, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other circumstances outside our control.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance (covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage). Failure to purchase insurance is at your own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding, and photography on our websites and materials are owned by Forty Seven Ten and Belo by 4710, unless otherwise credited. Use without permission is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
