Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 27, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our websites (FortySevenTen.com, BeloBy4710.com) and related digital platforms, and the booking of travel services with On Deck Agency LLC, doing business as Forty Seven Ten and Belo by 4710 (collectively, “we,” “our,” “us”). By using our sites or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable supplier and host-agency policies.

1) Scope of Services

We curate luxury travel experiences; private escapes, cultural immersions, wellness retreats, and small-group journeys and act solely as a travel advisor and intermediary between you and independent travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, villas, cruise lines, tour operators, insurance providers, etc.). All arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, and liability limits of each supplier.

2) Planning Fees & Payments
2.1 Service Fees

A non-refundable planning/professional service fee may apply to all itineraries. This fee covers research, consultation, and design expertise and is separate from supplier costs.

2.2 Payments

Deposits and final payments are due by the deadlines provided at booking. Payments not received on time may result in cancellation without refund. Payments are processed in U.S. Dollars through secure, PCI-DSS–compliant platforms (credit/debit card, ACH, or electronic transfer).

2.3 Cancellations & Refunds

Supplier cancellation policies vary and will be provided in writing at the time of booking. Our planning and service fees are non-refundable. Group journeys may require minimum participation; if a program is canceled or rescheduled due to insufficient numbers, refunds will follow supplier policies. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

2.4 Pricing Adjustments (Exchange Rates, Fuel, Taxes)

Published or quoted pricing may change before final payment due to supplier surcharges (including fuel), government-imposed taxes/fees, or exchange-rate movements.

If a material increase (>8% of the land/cruise/air component) occurs before your final payment, you may: (a) accept the adjustment; (b) select an available alternative (price difference refunded if lower); or (c) cancel for a refund of monies paid to us for the affected component, less non-refundable planning fees.

No price increases will be passed through within 20 days of scheduled departure, except government-imposed taxes/fees.

3) Group Travel & Minimums

Certain curated experiences (e.g., Belo Wellness Retreats, Forty Seven Ten Cultural Journeys) require minimum participants. If minimums are not met, we may reschedule or cancel. Guests will be offered options to reschedule, apply funds to future travel, or receive supplier-approved refunds. Group sizes are intentionally limited (typically 10–14 guests) to preserve a private, luxury experience.

4) Changes by You & Transfers

Post-confirmation changes are subject to availability, supplier rules, fare differences, and a $150 per person administrative fee, plus any supplier fees.
Transfers: If a traveler transfers their booking to another person, supplier consent and all costs/fees apply; the original traveler and transferee remain jointly and severally liable for all sums.

5) Changes by Us (Insignificant vs. Significant)

Most supplier changes are minor (e.g., flight timing shifts <12 hours, aircraft type, or an equivalent-class hotel).
If a significant change occurs before departure (e.g., removal of a destination; confirmed hotel class downgrade; schedule change >12 hours), we’ll notify you and offer:
(a) the changed arrangements; (b) an alternative of comparable standard (refund of any price difference if lower); or (c) cancellation with refund of monies paid to us for the affected services, subject to supplier terms.

6) Cutting Your Trip Short (Curtailment)

Voluntary early return or unused services are non-refundable. Travel insurance may cover certain curtailments; claims are subject to policy terms.

7) Travel Requirements (Passports, Visas, Health)

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required documentation. We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry, missed flights, or extra expenses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate documents.

8) Accessibility & Special Needs

Accessibility standards vary by country and supplier. Please disclose mobility or medical needs at inquiry; some services/equipment may be unavailable or incur additional cost. We will make reasonable efforts to facilitate requests where possible, subject to supplier capability and availability.

9) Special Requests (Not Guaranteed)

Dietary, bedding, adjoining rooms, accessibility, and similar requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the supplier in writing.

10) Beauty of Belonging Fellowship

Recipients of the Beauty of Belonging Fellowship are selected at our discretion and must meet eligibility criteria. Participation is non-transferable and holds no cash value. Fellowship travel may include shared accommodations and curated group programming; fellows must follow group guidelines promoting respect, safety, and inclusion.

11) Assumption of Risk & Insurance

Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, weather, natural disasters, political unrest, and other events beyond our control. By booking with us, you voluntarily assume these risks and release On Deck Agency LLC, Forty Seven Ten, and Belo by 4710 from liability arising from third-party acts or omissions. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, delay, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. Declining insurance is at your own risk.

12) Air Travel Notices (Check-in, Schedule Changes, EU 261)

Typical check-in: 2 hours domestic / 3 hours international. Reconfirm flight times 24–72 hours prior.

Airlines may alter schedules; remedies (including EU Regulation 261/2004) are provided by the carrier and do not automatically entitle you to cancel non-air components.

Failure to use a flight segment may result in automatic cancellation of onward/return flights per airline rules.

13) Hotel Check-In & Incidentals

Hotels commonly require a credit card in the lead guest’s name at check-in and may charge incidentals, resort fees, additional-guest fees, or security deposits directly. Failure to check in on the first night without notifying the hotel may forfeit the remaining stay per hotel policy.

14) Rental Cars

Car rentals are governed by the rental company’s contract presented at pickup; a driver’s license and a credit card in the driver’s name are typically required. Specific makes/models are not guaranteed; local taxes/fees and supplier policies apply.

15) Hazardous Materials & Insecticide Notices

Hazardous Materials: U.S. federal law restricts hazardous items in baggage (limited medical/toiletry exceptions). See TSA/FAA guidance.

Aircraft Disinsection: Some countries require in-cabin insecticide treatment. See U.S. DOT “Aircraft Disinsection Requirements.”

16) Supplier Contracts & Limitations of Liability

We do not own or operate travel suppliers. We are not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other vendors; nor for cancellations, delays, overbooking, strikes, accidents, losses, or damages beyond our control; nor for force-majeure events (weather, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to On Deck Agency LLC for the affected service. Remedies for airline issues lie with the carrier.

21) Credit-Card Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a chargeback except in cases of confirmed fraud. Disputes must be addressed first with us and/or the supplier per their terms. You are responsible for airline debit memos and fees resulting from improper chargebacks.

22) Right to Correct Errors

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors or omissions in pricing or content. If a correction materially affects your booking, we will notify you and provide your available options consistent with these Terms.

23) Electronic Communications & Acceptance

You consent to transact and receive communications electronically. Electronic acknowledgments, e-signatures, and click-wrap acceptances constitute your agreement to these Terms, supplier terms, and applicable policies.

24) Force Majeure

We will not be in breach of these Terms or liable for delay/failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, governmental orders, strikes, war/terrorism, civil unrest, failures of utilities or communications). Supplier force-majeure terms also apply.

25) Complaints & Escalation

Please report any issue while traveling to the local supplier and notify us promptly so we can assist. For follow-up after travel, email info@4710travel.com
within 28 days of return with your booking reference and details.

26) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Maryland. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in that forum.
